The guilty will not be spared : BJD
Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : “Odisha Govt has Zero Tolerance towards political violence. Parties which are in power in other states with more political violence shouldn’t criticize Odisha Govt” said Shri. Chinmay Sahoo, Spokesperson, Biju Janata Dal, in a counter reply to the allegation made by Opposition.
Mr Sahu said “As per NCRB ‘Crime in India 2019’ report, Odisha didn’t report a single political murder in 2019. West Bengal reported 12 political murders followed by 6 political murders each in Bihar & Jharkhand. Karnataka and Punjab reported 4 political murders in 2019. Different parties are in power in different states.”
Mr Sahu further said ” In the Mahanga double murder case, SP B. Jugal Kishore has already said no one would be spared & all the accused will soon be apprehended. Let the probe be over to know the exact reasons behind the murders. BJD has never tolerated any kind of political violence & in the Mahanga case also, the guilty will not be spared.”
