Odisha Paribar Facilitates Return of Deceased Odia Migrant Labourer’s Body for Final Rites

Bhubaneswar (29/10): The Directorate of Odisha Paribar extended its support inorder to return the body of the deceased Odia migrant labourer who tragically lost his life in a rail accident while en route to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, for work. The labourer’s body was transferred to his village in Keonjhar, where his final rites were conducted.

As per the information, the deceased, identified as Mr. Debanand Dandasena, was a resident of Banajodi village in Keonjhar district. He was traveling to Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu for labour work to support his family when he met with the unfortunate accident.

Upon receiving the news of his passing, the Directorate of Odisha Paribar reached out to the family, promising every possible support.

With the combined efforts of Directorate of Odisha Paribar, Keonjhar district administration and Tamil Nadu government, Mr. Dandasena’s body was brought back to Odisha.The financial assistance was provided by the Keonjhar district administration.

Yesterday, after Shri Debanand’s body reached his native village in Keonjhar, his final rites were performed.In this time of adversity, the family expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Directorate of Odisha Paribar and Keonjhar district administration officials for their compassionate assistance and timely support during this difficult period.
