Bhubaneswar: The Office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (SCPD) has been shifted from the SIDR building in the campus of Capital Hospital to the ground floor of A-1 Block, Toshali Bhawan in Satyanagar, Bhubaneswar. The persons with disabilities are requested to come the new office of the Commission for redressal of their grievances.
