Bhubaneswar : IMMT-CSIR Bhubaneswar organized Online workshop on Advanced Plasma Processing Techniques for Industrial Challenges from 20^th -22^nd October 2021.

The 3 days long Online workshop was inaugurated by Prof. Suddhasatwa Basu, Director CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar on 20^th October in presence of Dr. D. S. Rao, Chief Scientist & Head HRD Dr. B. Bhoi, Chief Scientist & Head AMT Department Dr. S. K. Pradhan, Coordinator CSIR Integrated Skill Development Initiative. Dr. K. J. Sankaran Convener APTIC 2021 introduced the guests present on this occasion.

Eminent scientists, speakers like Prof. Robert Nemanich, Dr. B. Bhoi, Prof. Philippe Bergonzo, Dr. D. P. Das, Dr. Pratima K. Mishra, Dr. S. K. Pradhan, Dr. S. K. Mishra, Mr. S. Bajpai, Dr. S. K. Singh, Dr. D. Debasish, Dr. P. Rajput, Dr. U. Balaji, Dr. K. J. Sankaran discussed on various aspects of Advanced Plasma Processing Techniques for Industrial Challenges.

Valedictory Program was held on 22^nd in presence of Dr. U. Balaji, Co-Convener APTIC-2021, Prof. Suddhasatwa Basu, Director CSIR-IMMT Vote of thanks Dr. K. J. Sankaran, Convener APTIC-202.

Prof Suddhasatwa Basu, Director CSIR-IMMT, said, We are happy to organize such workshop on Advanced Plasma Processing Techniques for Industrial Challenges. There were so many brainstorming sessions. We discussed on many important aspects of the research process and their outcomes. I would like to congratulate all the participants and organizers for organizing such workshop.
