Bhubaneswar, 7th July 2025: The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, has successfully completed the Phase-I, 1st Selection process for +2 e-Admissions for the Academic Year 2025-26. A total of 4,46,205 students applied in this phase, out of which 4,13,804 students have been selected, marking a significant selection rate of 92.75%.
Stream-wise Selection:
• Arts: 2,64,766 students
• Commerce: 20,552 students
• Science: 1,17,089 students
• Upashastri (Sanskrit): 6,811 students
• Vocational: 4,586 students
Gender-wise Selection:
• Male: 1,96,268 students
• Female: 2,17,529 students
• Others: 07 students
Additionally, 2,87,219 students have been allotted their first choice Higher Secondary School. However, 32,401 students remain unselected in this round and will have opportunities in the subsequent selections and the Online Spot Selection process.
