Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Biju Janata Dal came on heavily on expelled MLA Pradeep Panigrahi and said Mr Panigrahi falsely spitting venom to hide his illegality and criminality .
In a reply to the allegation made by Pradeep Panigrahi, Biju Janata Dal Spokesperson, Smt. Sulata Deo said “Shri. Pradeep Panigrahy was expelled from the BJD for anti-people activities. Since he has committed illegalities, the law is chasing him. He is spitting venom in public and telling lies to the people of Odisha”
Sulata further alleges “Pradeep Panigrahi falsely claimed that Akash Pathak is MD of Tata Motors and also lavishly travelled on charter flights and stayed in star hotels with Pathak family using money cheated from the
administration of Ganjam were combating COVID. His bank statement shows that he has collected more than Rs 2.5 crores in last six months from people who are into liquor and sand . He had also taken money by falsely promising jobs to the people in Ganjam fraudulently saying that Akash Pathak is MD of Tata Motors. The people of Odisha have seen the malicious and heinous illegalities of Pradeep Panigrahy and will never excuse him for this.
Sulata says ” I am also a mother. How can Pradeep Panigrahy and his wife throw their only daughter into the fire by marrying her to Akash knowing very well that he is impersonating as Tata MD and he has no job.
Akas Pathak has committed fraud, forgery on the gullible youth of Ganjam District and acted as a conduit for the illegal corrupt activities of his father and Pradeep Panigrahi. He has no job . He has been lying brazenly to the
people. What kind of parents are these who push their children into the world of forgery and criminal activities ?”
“It is said that more than 15 crores would have been spent if the wedding of Pradeep Panigrahy’s daughter and Akash Pathak had taken place at Lake Palace Hotel. Whose money was that ? This money belongs to the poor, hardworking, displaced people of Odisha which would have been cheated and fraud has been committed on them by Pradeep Panigrahy. The Biju Janata Dal will not further respond to the falsehood and lies spoken by Pradeep Panigrahy. Let the law take its course and the guilty be punished. Only then justice would be done to the poor, displaced Odia people of Gopalpur ” says BJD spokesperson Smt. Deo.
