Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : “Rail Sadan” the Headquarters Building of East Coast Railway at Bhubaneswar is illuminated with LED lights on the eve of the Diwali Festival. The century-old heritage locomotive placed in front of Rail Sadan is also illuminated with LED lights. Arrangements have been made to imitate smoke emitting from engine and wheels moving which is reminiscent of the past. The sound of wheels running on the track is also produced which makes one take a trip down memory lane and imagine the steam days of Indian railways. Illumination of the steam locomotive produces its pulling power through running wheels, smokes, and horn sound.
