Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : Night temperature will remain above normal in Odisha till January 12 because of approach and passing of western disturbance in northwest India, SOA’s Centre for Environment and Climate (CEC) said on Saturday.
Temperature in western Odisha will continue to be normal on January 2 and 3, a CEC bulletin said. There was probability of rain and thunderstorms accompanied by hail in western Odisha between January 8 and 10 due to passing of western disturbance over the state.
There was also probability of light rain on January 10 and 11 in the coastal districts. There may be cloudy sky over the state from January 9.
