Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Shri Jalada Kumar Tripathy takes oath as new State Chief Information Commissioner today. Governor of Odisha Prof. Ganeshi Lal administered the oath of office to the newly appointed State Chief Information Commissioner to Shri Jalada Kumar Tripathy in a function organised by Information and Public Relations Department at Abhishek Hall of Raj Bhavan.
Principal Secretary to Government, Information and Public Relations Department Shri Bishnupada Sethi after obtaining permission of the Hon’ble Governor read out the warrant of appointment of the State Chief Information Commissioner. After the oath, Principal Secretary Shri Sethi declared the function closed. Chief Minister, Odisha Shri Naveen Patnaik joined the function through video conferencing.
Chief Secretary, Odisha Shri Suresh Chandra Mahapatra, Development Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary Shri Pradeep Kumar Jena, Principal Secretary to Governor Shri Saswat Mishra, family members of the State Chief Information Commissioner, Director, I and PR Shri Indramani Tripathy, Director (Technical) Shri Niranjan Sethi, Editor of Odisha Review and Utkal Prasanga Dr.Lenin Mohanty, Additional Director Shri Surendra Nath Parida, Joint Secretary Smt. Bishnupriya Sahu and other senior officers of the I & PR Department were present on this occasion.
