Cuttack (Kalinga Voice): On the 80th Balidan Diwas of Legendary Shri. Bhagabati Charan Panigrahi a remembrance meet was held at Satichaura. Noted socio-political leader and Chairman of SNSMT Shri. Suparno Satpathy paid his homage at the samadhi there.
Speaking on the occasion he said “The Balidan Diwas of Bhagabati Babu is deeply connected with India’s ‘Declaration of Independence Day’ or the foundation day of Azad Hind Sarkar which was founded by Netaji at Singapore on 21 Oct 1943”
