Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Bhubaneswar North MLA Susant Kumar Rout has been appointed as the President of the Bhubaneswar organizational district Biju Janata Dal. Ex Corporator Biranchi Narayan Supakar(Litu) has been appointed as Working President. With Supersession of all previous order, these new appointments are made by the order of Party President Naveen Pattanaik and this order comes into force with immediate effect, says Manas Ranjan Mangaraj General Secretary (Media Affairs) in a press release today .
