Bhubaneshwar: TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), has inaugurated a state of art training centre at Baramunda to ensure skill enhancement, provide technical training and access to the latest training resources for all its employees.
The centre was inaugurated by Mr. Sanjay Banga, President T&D – Tata Power in presence of Mr. M. Shenbagam CEO – TPCODL and other employees.
The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including interactive display boards, audio-video conferencing capabilities, world class acoustic systems and a diverse array of multimedia tools. Additionally, it features comfortable seating and breakout areas, enabling all participants to fully utilize the available learning opportunities. The centre will impart knowledge and build a culture of continuous learning amongst the employees.
