Workshop on “Sustainability, Energy Conservation and Emotional Intelligence” organized by BPNSI

Paradeep: A day-long workshop on “Sustainability, Energy Conservation and Emotional Intelligence” has been organized at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel Plant located at Paradeep by Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute (BPNSI) under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India,
Joining the workshop on virtual mode, the Director of BPNSI Mr. Pritam Purkashaysth presented important information on sustainability in his welcome address. On behalf of BPNSI, Prof. Sharat Chandra Panigrahi, Ex-Professor, IIT Khadagpur elaborately discussed various aspects of Sustainability and Energy Conservation in the Pellet Plant and imparted important information to the engineers of AMNS Pellet Plant. . He also answered the queries of the participating engineers.
Later, Er. Sandeep Das gave a keynote address on Emotional Intelligence. Mr. Sunil Das, Head of Human Resources, Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel Plant and thanked BPNSI for organizing such an enlightening and useful workshop. All the participants appreciated the workshop and thanked for the valuable information imparted during the workshop. Mr. Durgesh Prasad Panda and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mahalik of BPNSI were present in the workshop. HR Officer of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel Plant Supriya Swain and Prof. Satyapriya Satapathy of Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute conducted the workshop.
