Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) Biju Janata Dal President Shri Naveen Patnaik has approved the new state office bearers and district presidents of Biju Yuva Janata Dal. It is informed in a press release by BJD General Secretary(Youth Affairs) MLA Pranab Balabantray . Sambalpur Zone BCJD president Baikuntha Nayak, has been appointed as the Acting President, while actress Elena Das has been appointed general secretary. Rana Pratap Patra, Dhruti Ranjan Martha and Jyotsnamayi Parida are appointed as as senior vice-president, whereas Vijay Ketan Sahu(Bhubaneswar), Shuvrangshu Narayan Mishra(Cuttack), Nachiketa Swayam( Ganjam), Manindra Mohanty (Balangir) and Debashis Parida(Koraput) are the Zonal President.
