POWER SALE AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF SOLAR POWER ON LONG TERM BASIS SIGNED BETWEEN NTPC And GRIDCO
Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Power Sale Agreement (PSA) was signed between NTPC Limited, A Maharatna Public Sector and GRIDCO Limited.
Shri Umakant Sahoo Director GRIDCO Limited and Shri Subodh Kumar Pradhan Additional General Manager Commercial NTPC ER2-HQ. signed the agreement in Presence of Shri Nikunja Bihari Dhal , IAS Principal Secrearty, Energy Government of Odisha, Shri Trilochan Panda, Managing Director GRIDCO and Shri Amiya Kumar Parhi, General manager (Engg) NTPC ER2-HQ.
Under this agreement NTPC a Government of India Undertaking has agreed to sell and make available to GRIDCO 200 MW of Solar Power .A similar PSA was signed between NTPC and GRIDCO on 18th April 2022 for 200MW. With this NTPC shall supply 400 MW Solar energy under this developer mode to GRIDCO.
