XXVIII National Junior Thang-Ta Championship 2022, Imphal: 14 Members Team will represent the State
Bhubaneswar: “Thang-Ta” a Manipuri Traditional Cultural Martial Arts & Dancing Form which is now played through National School Games and Khelo India National Youth Games and is being promoted by Thang-Ta Federation of India. HUYEL LANGLON THANG-TA ASSOCIATION, MANIPUR is organizing XXVIII NATIONAL JUNIOR THANG-TA CHAMPIONSHIP 2022 under the THANG-TA FEDERATION OF INDIA at the Khuman Lampak Indoor Stadium, Imphal, Manipur from 1 to 3 December 2022.
For such event the Odisha Thang-Ta Association which is a recognized unit of Odisha Olympic Association has accredited a 14 Members Team ( 11 Thang-Ta Athelets / Artists and 3 Officials) to represent the state for the Said Championship and they will travel by train from Odisha on 26th November 2022 with the leadership of State Coach Manoj Kumar Kushwaha, Male Team Manager British Biswas and Female Team Manager Sangeeta Sahu.
Hoping their skilful participation and dreaming a good result for the state; Odisha Thang-Ta Association State Patron Rabi Narayan Panda, Hony President Dr. Gyana Ranjan Mohanty, General Secretary Byasadeba Patra, Dy. Technical Director Manoj Kumar Kushwaha, Joint Secretary Dr. Subhranshu Sekhar Mohapatra, Rajendra Prasad Bhoi, Chandra Sekhar Bahuk, Chitta Ranjan Sahu, Technical Secretary Sanjay Kumar Kishan, Executive Committee Member Suraj Pujahari, Sudhir Barik, Saroj Kumar Pattnaik, State TSR Official Rupesh Kumar Adhikari and many sports dignitaries promoters have extended their good wishes to all the athletes/athelets
