Lapanga, Odisha: Aditya Aluminium, Lapanga organised Senior Citizen Meet 2026, bringing together 85 elderly citizens from five Gram Panchayats in the plant periphery under its Community Development Programme.
The meet aimed to understand the thoughts, concerns, and expectations of senior community members and to gather feedback on ongoing development initiatives. Senior leadership including Unit Head Mr. Jagannath Prasad Nayak, Cluster HR Head Dr. Krishna Padhi, HR Head Mr. Vinoda Nand Thakur, CPP Head Mr. Gulshan Tiwari, Smelter Head Mr. Sandip Singh, Mr. Sukanta Mohapatro, CSR Head Mr. Ravi Niwas, and Cluster CSR Head Mr. Siba Mohapatra were present.
Cluster CSR Head Mr. Siba Mohapatra shared an overview of key initiatives across Gram Panchayats covering infrastructure, healthcare, and social welfare. Participating senior citizens were felicitated as a gesture of respect.
