Rayagada (Saroj Kumar Sahu) : 4 BN Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) of Rayagada (Odisha) organized a Civic Action Programme in the Maoist affected Andhra – Odisha Border Area of village Seskhal limits of Rayagada District. The programme launched with the objective of combating left-wing extremism and bridging the gap between villagers and security personnel through wining their hearts & minds and encourage local youth.
