Bongaigaon: As the Tricolour lights up every home and every heart, NTPC Bongaigaon joined the nation in celebrating Har Ghar Tiranga with immense pride and patriotic spirit. The township came alive with vibrant decorations, beautifully illuminated landmarks, and creative selfie points, each reflecting the colours of India and the emotions of a united nation.

The celebration witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees, their families, young students, interns, associates, and CISF personnel, who came together to honour the spirit of Independence Day. The atmosphere was filled with joy and patriotism, as children carried messages of unity and freedom, symbolising the deep love and respect for the nation.

The event was graced by Shri Arnab Maitra, Head of Project, NTPC Bongaigaon, in the presence of Shri Anurag Gupta, GM (O&M), NTPC Bongaigaon, and Shri L. N. Meitei, Commandant, CISF. Their presence added significance to the occasion as they joined children from Notre Dame, Ankur Tiny Tots, employees, associates, interns, and CISF personnel in celebrating the national spirit.

Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries appreciated the enthusiastic participation of all stakeholders and highlighted the importance of nurturing patriotism among the younger generation.
