Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : BJD appointed 36 general secretaries. Today party released the list of general secretaries with special responsibilities. Four General Secretaries including Cabinet Minister are entrusted with “sashakta Odisha” ,3 for SC empowerment, 4 for tribal empowerment and minority affairs, one especially for minority affairs, 4 for Odisha: Mo Parivar, one each for student welfare and youth affairs and 4 general secretaries for women empowerment.Four General Secretaries are for art culture and human resource development, 3 for regional development, 2 for the environment, and four general secretaries fo social welfare and one general secretary for media affairs.
The department for which one general secretary is appointed are Manas Ranjan Mangaraj (media affairs) , Pranab Balabantray(youth) and Byomakesh ray (students affairs)
