Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) :As a part of Employees/Workers’ participation in Management, East Coast Railway has organized PREM (Participation of Railway Employees in Management) meeting at ECoR HQs, Rail Sadan today where representative of recognized Trade Unions, Officers Association and RPF Association participated to work more effectively.
The concept of PREM meeting is unique to Railways alone and is a testimony to vibrant and mature Industrial Relations. ECoR Additional General Manager Shri Sharad Kumar Srivastava chaired the meeting. Dy. General Manager Shri Ashok Kumar Mishra coordinated the meeting.
