Berhampur: The Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) has placed Executive Engineer (PH) Susant Dung Dung under suspension with immediate effect over allegations of gross misconduct, indiscipline, and dereliction of duty.
During the suspension period, his headquarters will remain at the BeMC office, and he is not permitted to leave without prior approval from the competent authority.
He has also been directed to submit a monthly non-engagement certificate to be eligible for subsistence allowance. The order has been issued by the BeMC Commissioner and communicated to the Housing and Urban Development Department.
