A triumphant performance on revamping HEI’s of State.
Bhubaneswar: The ‘Mo College Abhijan’ added another feather of success to its crown as it awarded with the prestigious ‘SKOCH’ Award, India’s honest independent Honour. It is also known for its rigorous and independent outcome based assessment process. Around 1000 departments of various states’ govt. have participated in the challenging process. The participating process and the procedure involves 3 major steps, i.e PR Voting, Online Voting and Jury evaluation. The most useful outcome of the SKOCH assessment process is that it benchmarks well performing projects and their outcomes.
On Sunday, Chairperson of Mo College, Shri Akash Dasnayak was presented in the award ceremony and received the Award at Annexe Hall, Constitution Club of India, New Delhi.
Since last two decades, SKOCH Award salutes people, projects and institutions that go the extra mile to make India a better nation. The Award covers the best of efforts in digital, financial and social inclusion. It encompasses the best of governance, inclusive growth, excellence in technology and applications, change management, corporate leadership, corporate governance, citizen services delivery, capacity building, empowerment and other such softer issues that get normally lost in the glamour and the glitz of industry sponsored or advertising focused jamborees. Awardees value ‘SKOCH Award’ as the highest civilian honour in the country conferred by an independent organisation.
On the other hand, Mo College Abhijan Parichalana Sangathan (MCAPS) is marching ahead in the path of Transformation with around 850 Colleges, Universities, B.ed Colleges, Poly technique, Engineering as well as Govt.Aided colleges. In lines with the invincible power of the 5T Action plan of Honourable Chief Minister, Sj. Naveen Patnaik, the success of this program is the outcome of productive technological intervention, integrated team effort, transparent processes within a targeted timeline so as to unveil to the world, the larger canvas of transformation in higher educational Institutions of Odisha. By setting several outstanding examples of ‘’contribution has no boundaries’’, Mo College has accomplished bunch in terms of Alumni-Alma mater connectivity in state.
