Motiprakash Rath Joined Kalyani Steels, Odisha to spearhead the project

Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice): Kalyani Steels Limited(KSL) has announced joining of Motiprakash Rath as Vice President – Corporate Affairs. Rath’s extensive experience spanning three decades in Corporate Affairs & Corporate Communication, positions him as a formidable leader. His past roles from IMFA to Adani Enterprise showcased his prowess in managing critical issues in Corporate Affairs, CSR, R&R, Land Acquisition and Corporate Communication.

Kalyani Steels anticipates Rath’s leadership to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. His appointment underscores the company’s commitment to implement it’s greenfield project in a time bound manner with socio-economic development of stakeholders.

With Rath at the helm, Kalyani Steels is poised to navigate new heights in project execution &stakeholders satisfaction, leveraging his expertise in CSR and R&R activities. A Mass Communication professional with Management Degree from IMT, Ghaziabad,he has proved his strength in External stakeholders Communication. During his 30 years career, he has shown his strategic excellence that helped sailing respective organisations during crisis situations; be it OTS of ICCL, reopening of Kudremukh Mines, land acquision for power project and many successful public hearings.

When asked about new assignment, Rath said “I am thrilled to take up the challenge and play pivotal role in completion of this prestigious project within a record time and be part of Atmanirbhar Bharat. As usual my priorities will be adding value proposition and alround socio-economic development of all stakeholders”.

Kalyani Steels Ltd incorporated in 1973, part of Kalyani Group promoted by Mr Babasaheb Neelkanth Kalyani is engaged in manufacturing of Forging and Engineering quality carbon and alloy steel used in manufacturing components of Automobile, Bearing, Energy, Oil & gas, Railways, Defense industry etc. Considering growth potential of Indian Steel Sector, Automobile Industry and other key user industries; KSL has signed MOU with Odisha Govt. for setting up 0.7MTPA Integrated Advanced Specialty Steel & Automotive Components Manufacturing Complex and Integrated Titanium Metal/Alloy and Aerospace & Defense Components Manufacturing Plant of 10,000TPA capacity in 1st phase with an investment of Rs 11,750 Crore at Gajamara, Dhenkanal.
