Bhubaneswar (KVB) : Biju janata Dal Supremo Navin Pattanayak today appointed first phase of office bearers . Senior leaders of the party are appointed as senior Vice president and Vice Presidents(with Portfolio) . The Senior Vice-Presidents are Shri Anang Uday Singh Deo, Shri Prasanna Acharya, Shri Prasanna Kumar Patasani, Shri Prafulla Samal, Shri Bijayshree Routray, Shri Lal Bihari Himirika, Shri Ananta Das and Shri Bimbadhar Kuanr.
The Vice-Presidents Sri Mangala Kisan (In charge of Tribal Empowerment & Minority Affairs), Shri Soumya Ranjan Patnaik(In charge of Art, Culture and Human Resources Development), Shri Debi Prasad Mishra (In charge of Odisha: Mo Parivar), Shri Bikram Keshari Aurkh -(In charge of Environment), Smt. Usha Devi(In charge of Social Welfare) , Smt.
