Bongaigaon: As part of the Three-Month Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2026, themed “Probity for Prosperity,” NTPC Bongaigaon organised drawing and essay-writing competitions at Bodoland Academy High School to promote honesty, integrity and transparency among young students.

The drawing competition, organised for students of Classes I to VI, witnessed participation from 62 students, while 63 students from Classes VII to X participated in the essay-writing competition. Both competitions were conducted in the Bodo language, enabling students to creatively express their understanding of ethical values and the need to eradicate corruption.
An Integrity Pledge was also administered in the Bodo language, with 138 students and 12 teaching and non-teaching staff members reaffirming their commitment to honesty, transparency and ethical conduct.

The initiative sought to instil values of integrity from an early age while encouraging students to become responsible citizens. Through such community outreach programmes, NTPC Bongaigaon continues to promote vigilance awareness and reinforce the message that integrity is fundamental to building a corruption-free society and achieving sustainable prosperity.
