The NHCX platform, developed by the National Health Authority (NHA), aims to revolutionize the health insurance landscape by fostering seamless communication between insurers, healthcare providers, and policyholders. This unified, technology-driven system leverages advanced digital technologies to ensure efficient and expedited claims settlements.

A New Era of Claims Processing

Reliance General Insurance’s successful use of the NHCX platform marks a significant advancement in simplifying health claims processing. The platform enables the seamless exchange of claims-related information within the healthcare and insurance ecosystem. The process begins with hospitals generating bills through their Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and uploading them via NHCX platform to the RGI’s Health Claim System (HCS) then processes the claims quickly and accurately.
