“KISS embodies the sanctity of all pilgrimages and the divinity of all gods. KISS reflects one person’s dedication and penance. Today, I have witnessed here what penance, hard work and dedication truly mean.” : Sadhvi Ritambhara

Bhubaneswar, Sept. 8: Well-known spiritual guru Sadhvi Ritambhara visited the campuses of KIIT and KISS on Tuesday, describing the institutes as ‘remarkable’ and embodying the sanctity of all pilgrimages.

She blessed the girl students and said she had been working in education for many years. However, KISS, established by educationist and social worker Dr. Achyuta Samanta, is a remarkable institution in the country.

“I am so delighted to have come here that I have no words to express it,” she said. “KISS embodies the sanctity of all pilgrimages and the divinity of all gods.”

Praising the work of KIIT and KISS Founder Dr. Achyuta Samanta, she said, “KISS reflects one person’s dedication and penance. Today, I have witnessed here what penance, hard work and dedication truly mean.”

Observing the discipline and values of the children at KISS, she said she felt that “this is the real India.” She added that students of KISS should feel proud because they are receiving education under the guidance of Dr. Samanta.

She also emphasised that people should extend a helping hand to others rather than merely offering advice. “Here, children are not only taught to become self-respecting, but are also taught to become self-reliant. A person can become self-respecting only when they are self-reliant,” she said.

Dr Samanta delivered the welcome address, while KISS Vice Chancellor Prof Saranjit Singh proposed the vote of thanks. Eminent educationist Ashok Pandey introduced the guests.
