The Vice President of India and Chairman, Rajya Sabha Sri Naidu in his speech on Farewell to retiring members in Rajya Sabha, praised the retiring BJD MP Dr. Sasmit Patra and said, ” Several first-time members like Dr. Sasmit Patra have shown a lot of promise by quickly adapting to nuances of the House. Dr. Sasmit Patra was also Vice-Chairman of the Panel and he also conducted the proceedings in a very dignified manner.”
Dr. Sasmit Patra thanked the Hon’ble Chairman, Rajya Sabha for his kind words.
