KUDOS: 95 Recovered Police Corona Warrior promptly join enforcement duty again

Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice): Many Police Corona Warriors have been infected with COVID-19 in discharge of their duty. However, COVID-19 has not affected their spirit or determination to save the people of Odisha.  They have defeated COVID-19 and re-joined frontline enforcement duty, say a press release from the police headquarter.

The release says “So far 95 Police Corona Warriors re-joined frontline enforcement duty on recovery from COVID-19. Odisha Police takes pride in their dedication to public service. They include 25 police personnel from Ganjam police district and 23 from Brahmapur police district , 14 from OSAP 8th battalion, 10 from OSAP 2nd Battalion, 6 from OSAP 3rd battalion. “

  In recognition of their dedication and commitment to Public service, Odisha Police has decided to issue “Special Appreciation” from DGP and for all such Police Corona Warriors who on recovery promptly join enforcement duty. We rededicate ourselves to fight COVID-19 with other frontline warriors and Odisha residents, the press release said ,
